The leadership team can use this data to identify key opportunities, set priorities, and to develop a plan for a step change in performance. At the subunit level, the Organization Performance Assessment can also be tailored for a unit’s specific needs.
In addition, there are three specific workshops that provide leaders and employees an effective way to align and transform their performance. These are short half day workshops that can be done separately or as a series.
Developing Strategic Alignment – leaders and employees clarify the company or division level strategic goals and identify how their various functional role contributes to achieving those goals. That analysis is then used to develop key objectives and KPI’s for helping deliver the broader strategy.
